The Position:

We are looking for a Full-time Digital Account Manager for our Website & SEO clients!

You will be the next addition to our dynamic team. You will be responsible for our Website & SEO clients care from onboarding until completion of the project. Essential to this role is client retention by giving them superior service. Our desired Candidate must ensure that all deliverables are done with superior quality at the expected time frame and at the full satisfaction of our clients.

Duties:

  • Client Onboarding: Support the website client to fill out any required documents and and training on our system once the sale is closedClient Support: Answer clients questions and address any concerns in an efficient, retention and timely- based manner.

  • Recommend and execute action plans to ensure resolution to all client issues.

  • Client Retention: Create and maintain a calendar of ‘special events’ for each client (birthdays, client start date, anniversaries, first leads, first patient signed up, benchmarks and goals etc.), and facilitate ways to recognize these dates, such as sending cards, brownies, emails or a simple phone call.

  • Project (weekly) Reporting: Send timely and consistent reports to clients highlighting positive aspects of their project. All reports should be sent on the same schedule, and in the same format - branded to the company and reports should be used as a retention and/or sales tool where appropriate.

  • Develop and Maintain Ascension Strategy: Work with our leadership team to bring new ideas to the table at monthly meetings and have a plan to deploy new strategies and a way to track the results of those efforts.Research: Always be on the lookout for ways to improve our services and processes. Also for ways to reach more clients, and to maintain or upsell existing clients in ways that help them to achieve their goals even

    faster.

  • Report on Monday.com for detailed tasks and timelinesSecret shopping / auditing: Perform audits on client systems on a periodic basis to maintain a level of quality assurance. This may involve but not be limited to opting in to their ad funnels, documenting the follow up and providing a summary of the experience and outcomes.Create a consistent feedback loop to inform Marketing, Sales, and Operations of sound ways to improve client experience and increase success.

  • Attend regular meetings (normally on a weekly basis to be scheduled)

  • Attend Monthly Team virtual events & challenges! We love having FUN

  • Report daily progress to Management

  • Other tasks that may be related to the role and/or for professional advancement such as Paid Trainings to keep updated with industry trends, (subject to approval)

What We Are Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of PROVEN experience working with clients and providing excellent customer service

  • A Bachelors Degree is preferred but not mandatory

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Familiarity with the website development and design principles

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to learn new systems/ processes quicklyExcellent proficiency

  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks/initiatives

  • Be committed to learn and continue to grow with the business over time
